You Provide the Message & Stationery
Send me the text you’d like handwritten (names, short notes, signatures—whatever fits your needs), along with the stationery you’d like me to use.
Already have branded cards? Great! I’ll write directly on the materials you provide.
Need a simple solution? I also offer a small collection of high-quality blank cards for you to choose from.
Each Note is Handwritten with Care
Once I have your message and materials, I’ll handwrite each card—carefully and consistently.
Whether it’s ten notes or a few hundred, I take the same care with every one, so your brand always shows up at its best.

Postage & Delivery Options
Separate postage and shipping fees will apply.
Postage is based on current USPS rate for 1 oz card or letter. Additional fees may apply if cards are square, “non-machinable”, or sent internationally.
Completed cards can either be mailed from my location in San Luis Obispo County, CA, or shipped to you so that you may mail them from your location. There will be an additional handling fee for the Ship-to-You option.
Small batches (under 25 cards): 3-5 business days
Larger orders: 7-10 business days (or based on volume & schedule)

Do I need to supply the cards, or can you supply them?
You are welcome—and encouraged to use your own branded or company stationery for a more tailored experience. If you don’t have something on hand, I also offer a small selection of high-quality, neutral cards that photograph beautifully and work well for most professional settings.
Can you handle mailing or fulfillment for me?
Yes! If you’d like, I can seal, stamp, and send your cards directly to your recipients. Or, I can return the completed cards to you for mailing in-house. Just let me know what works best.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on the number of cards, message length, stationery needs, and whether I’ll be mailing them for you. Most projects fall between $3.50-$6.50 per card. For a custom quote, contact me at info@sincerelyhandwritten.com.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times vary by project size, but once we get the details worked out (message wording, recipients’ info, stationery, etc.), completion of handwritten cards generally takes:
3-5 business days for smaller orders (under 50 cards)
7-10 business days for larger or ongoing orders
Can I use this service for subscription boxes or recurring gifts?
Absolutely. I regularly work with subscription services, gifting companies, and businesses with monthly or seasonal outreach. We can create a repeatable system that fits your schedule.
Is the handwriting really done by hand?
Yes—every message is genuinely handwritten by me (machine-printed to look like handwriting). It’s personal, thoughtful, and exactly what makes this service so memorable.
Do you work with businesses outside of your local area?
Yes! I work remotely with businesses across the U.S. You don’t need to be local to use Sincerely Handwritten. Projects can be managed and mailed from right here.
